2.2. Prices listed for vehicles are subject to change without notice but will not affect any confirmed or finalized purchase agreements.
2.3. Customers must provide a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and any other necessary documents for vehicle purchases and test drives.
2.4. Test drives are subject to availability, and Jeep Wrangler Customs & Parts reserves the right to deny test drives at its discretion.
3. Customization and Modifications
3.1. Customization services require a signed agreement detailing the scope of work, pricing, and estimated completion time.
3.2. Modifications may void manufacturer warranties. Customers are responsible for understanding and accepting the impact of modifications on their warranties.
3.3. Once work on custom orders begins, they cannot be canceled or refunded. We strive to ensure all custom work meets the agreed specifications.
4. Parts and Accessories
4.1. We offer a wide selection of genuine OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts. Warranty coverage for parts varies based on the manufacturer and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
4.2. Customers must inspect parts and accessories upon receipt. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 business days.
4.3. Installed, used, or modified parts are non-returnable unless covered under warranty for defects. Restocking fees may apply for eligible returns.
5. Financing
5.1. Financing options are available through third-party lenders, subject to approval. Financing terms and conditions are governed by the respective lender.
5.2. Jeep Wrangler Customs & Parts acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for lender decisions, interest rates, or any disputes arising from financing agreements.
5.3. Customers are encouraged to review and understand all financing documents before signing.
6. Service and Repairs
6.1. Our service department offers expert maintenance and repair services. All services are documented with detailed invoices.
6.2. Estimates for repairs are provided in advance. Any additional issues discovered during the service will be communicated to the customer, and no additional work will be performed without customer approval.
6.3. Customers must pick up their vehicles within 7 days of service completion unless prior arrangements are made. Storage fees may apply for delays.
7. Warranties
7.1. New vehicles are covered by manufacturer warranties, and details will be provided at the time of purchase.
7.2. Custom work and aftermarket parts may include limited warranties specific to the product or service. Warranty terms will be disclosed before purchase.
7.3. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or off-road accidents.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1. Vehicle sales are final and not eligible for return or refund once the purchase is completed.
8.2. Parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
8.3. Services performed are non-refundable unless errors occurred due to negligence by Jeep Wrangler Customs & Parts.
